Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy

Welcome to bsioa.shop. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or claim a refund under the terms set out below.

1. Return Period & Service Coverage

Filing Deadline: Return and refund applications must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Eligible Delivery Territories: We fulfill and ship orders to Germany, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Greece, and other supported countries. All returns must originate from within these recognized destination regions.
Exclusive Settlement Method: All transactions are completed strictly via Cash on Delivery (COD). Advance online payment systems are not supported.

2. How to File a Return

To submit a return request within the 14-day post-delivery period, email our Customer Support desk at e01154098286@gmail.com with your full name, order number, product name, delivery address, phone number, and reason for return.

Our team will supply the formal return authorization number and warehouse return address. Unsolicited packages returned without prior confirmation may be declined.

3. Return Conditions

To be accepted, items must be unused, unworn, in their original state, packed securely in original retail packaging, and complete with all accessories, parts, and manuals. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and tracking until the parcel reaches our facility.

4. Refund Procedure

Once the returned package passes inspection, approved refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be remitted via direct electronic bank transfer (IBAN) coordinated through our support team.

5. Damaged, Faulty, or Inaccurate Consignments

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please notify us within 14 days of delivery with photographic or video proof. Upon verification, we will arrange a prompt replacement or a full refund, including reasonable return shipping expenses.

6. Discretionary Returns (Change of Mind)

For personal preferences or change of mind, requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, and items must remain brand new and resalable. The customer covers the return shipping cost.

7. Non-Returnable Scenarios

Returns are not accepted if more than 14 days have elapsed since delivery, if items show signs of use or damage, or if original packaging and components are missing. Statutory European consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Exchanges & Order Cancellations

Exchanges: Direct exchanges are not processed. Please return your item and place a new order on our website.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once in transit, orders cannot be canceled; please receive the delivery and follow our return procedure.
