Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Supported Delivery Destinations & Shipping Costs

We currently dispatch orders to the following European locations: Germany, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, Hungary, and Greece.

Shipping Fee: Free Standard Shipping on all orders across our supported destination network. There are no hidden handling fees or extra delivery charges.
Service Scope: If your shipping address falls outside our active delivery network, we cannot fulfill your order.

2. Payment Method & Courier Partners

Payment: Exclusive Cash on Delivery (COD) model. Advance online payment methods are not supported. Payment must be handed over in cash directly to the courier upon physical delivery.
Logistics Partners: Reputable regional carriers including DHL, DPD, UPS, and localized postal networks.

3. Order Preparation & Processing

Orders undergo verification and packaging within 1 to 3 business days. Handling begins immediately following the successful verification of your contact details. Weekend or holiday orders enter processing on the following business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Order Processing Window: 1–3 Business Days
Shipping & Transit Time: 7–15 Business Days
Total Estimated Delivery: 8–18 Business Days Delivery timeframes are operational estimates and may fluctuate based on routing efficiency, local weather, and regional factors.

5. Parcel Tracking

Upon dispatch, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent. Tracking data typically requires 24 to 72 hours to reflect active scans within the carrier's digital system.

6. Unforeseen Shipping Delays

We are not liable for transit delays caused by severe weather, public holidays, transportation bottlenecks, high seasonal parcel volumes, or force majeure events.

7. Order Adjustments, Cancellations & Returns

Prior to Dispatch: You may request address corrections or cancellations during the initial 1–3 day processing window.
In-Transit Shipments: Once handed over to the courier, an order cannot be canceled, redirected, or altered.
Returns: In accordance with our Returns Policy, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please accept the delivery, complete the COD payment, and contact us to arrange an authorized return and bank transfer refund.

8. Shipping Charges, Taxes & Duties

Standard shipping is entirely free within our supported countries. Relevant taxes (such as VAT) are integrated into the final retail price, meaning no unexpected customs clearance fees upon delivery under normal circumstances.

9. Customer Delivery Obligations

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address, ensuring an authorized individual is present to receive the parcel, and having the exact required cash ready for the courier.
